EDI onboarding- Lozier
Lozier is improving their trading process through an electronic trading initiative aimed to enhance and strengthen the relationships with its supplier community. As a part of this initiative, suppliers are required to exchange messages electronically via electronic data interchange (EDI). Provided below is all the necessary information your organization will need for onboarding and testing. IS PARTICIPATION IN THE EDI PROCESS MANDATORY?
Yes – All suppliers are expected to exchange all of the documents listed above electronically with Lozier. Moving forward this will be a pre-requisite of continued trading with Lozier. For suppliers who do not have an EDI capability, a web portal solution is available and will allow you to fulfill your electronic trading requirements.

For vendors with an existing EDI solution
Vendors who currently do not have an EDI solution
For organization’s who currently do not have an EDI solution in place or are unable to meet the Lozier requirements with their current EDI provider a web portal is available. TrueCommerce will provide user access and training for all mandated documents.
Organization’s with an existing EDI solution through an in-house or third party EDI provider will need to complete EDI document testing through TrueCommerce. After testing is completed, production traffic will continue to be validated & traded with Lozier via TrueCommerce.

Where do I go to complete the questionnaire?
The link to the questionnaire was sent to your organization via email. If you have not received the email, please reach out via the Contact Us form as the email may have been sent to another contact within your company.
Next Steps
Finalize your organization’s testing commitment and return the completed questionnaire.
Compliance testing will kick-off with portal suppliers once the login to the portal has been sent.

Specifications are listed below, enabling your organization and/or third party EDI provider to review and begin mapping ASAP. It is Lozier’s goal that suppliers complete testing and obtain a go-live date within 8 weeks from questionnaire completion.
TrueCommerce Transaction Manager Portal
The Transaction Manager portal enables suppliers who are not EDI capable to send and receive files to Lozier. Those who do not have EDI capabilities will be given a login to the portal where they will find a test PO. Vendors will need to return the Purchase Order Acknowledgment, ASN and Invoice documents back to Lozier.
